Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We currently ship/deliver to every province in Thailand. Delivery availability may change based on carrier service coverage, weather, and seasonal demand.

Processing & Shipping Times

Because flowers are perishable, we schedule shipments to arrive as fresh as possible. Orders are typically prepared and packed close to the ship date to maintain quality.

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 1–2 business days / Same-day delivery in Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
    Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimated and depend on carrier performance.

Carrier & Tracking

We work with third-party couriers to deliver your order. If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. Please note that tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may be delayed.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Delivery

Flowers are sensitive to heat and time outside. If the courier leaves your package unattended, quality can be affected. We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery, and that flowers are unboxed and placed in fresh water immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Weather & Unexpected Delays

Carrier delays may occur due to severe weather, holidays, or operational issues. If delays happen, we will do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time.
