Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We care deeply about quality and will review refund requests if your order arrives with a problem.

Eligible Issues

You may be eligible for a refund or partial refund if:

  • Your flowers arrive damaged or in unacceptable condition, or
  • You received the wrong item.

What We Need From You

To help us evaluate quickly, please send:

  1. A clear photo and/or video of the flowers and packaging, and
  2. Your order number.

Time Window to Report

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible because flower quality changes rapidly over time.

Refund Review & Resolution

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/card provider.

 

Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

We may not be able to offer refunds for:

  • Normal, natural variations in flowers (shape, shade, bloom openness)
  • Slight bruising from transit that does not significantly affect overall appearance
  • Damage caused by customer handling after delivery
  • Orders affected by incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to receive the package promptly
  • Quality issues reported outside the claim window 48 hours

 

Care Reminder (Important)

For the best vase life: recut stems, remove leaves below the waterline, and place in clean fresh water as soon as possible after arrival.
